The car park is located off of the A321 (Marshall Road), Sandhurst, GU47 0FL (grid ref SU 84871 60709).
Featuring flower rich meadows to explore alongside the River Blackwater, Shepherd Meadows is part of the Blackwater Valley Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). This greenspace has good links to the surrounding countryside via the Blackwater Valley Path. There are bins, benches and picnic tables present on site, level paths with some easy access tracks, plus a specially installed dog step to allow pets to access the river. Access to Shepherd Meadows is possible from the adjoining Sandhurst memorial Park, which also has free parking.
