FREE INSECT SAFARIS!
Butterfly walks and arts & crafts activities available all morning! Discover the butterflies and other invertebrates you might find on a heathland in summer.
Observing and learning about butterflies, bees, hoverflies and other flying insects, and their special relationships with flowers, grasses and trees. In addition to some common butterflies, two rare heathland butterfly species are usually seen.
Mini guided walks will leave the car park at 10am, 11am and 12pm.
FIND US: This event will be held in Staple Hill Car Park, Staple Hill Road, Chobham, Surrey GU24. What3Words: regard.dollar.headed. Free parking available.
FREE. Suitable for all ages, especially families with school age children. Some uneven ground is unsuitable for prams, pushchairs & wheelchairs. Drop-in anytime between 10am and 1.30pm. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
