FREE MOTH MORNING – Drop in any time from 7am to 10am!

Bucks, Berks and Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust staff and volunteers will have had their moth traps out on Wildmoor Heath all night. Come along in the morning to see the stunning moths they’ve caught. Many moths are as beautiful as butterflies, and many are rarely seen. The traps give us a chance to survey the moths and then release them unharmed. Come and learn about blood-veins, ermines, emeralds, carpets, elephants, tigers and daggers!!

All FREE of charge and no booking required!

Suitable for families with school age children. Well-behaved dogs on leads welcome. The exact location will be signposted from the Wildmoor Heath car park – walk through the woodland south of the car park and out onto the heath at OS grid reference SU 839 626.
