FREE FIRE ENGINES TO SEE!
Meet the folk that fight the fires!
Update 27th 10:30am: The Fire Service are busy with a large wildfire at Hankley Common, but if they come today, we will tell you straight away. We’ll be there and you can pick-up a copy of our Wildfire Activity Sheet and do some heathland-themed colouring and painting. Watch this space!
Clamber into the cab of a fire engine or take a closer look at one of the off-road vehicles Surrey Fire & Rescue Service use locally (subject to availability). Come and meet the crews and see what new technology they’re using to fight and investigate wildfires.
Due to emergencies the fire engine may not be available, but we will provide alternative activities including activity sheets, colouring and badge-making.

FREE. Suitable for all, especially families with school age children. Drop-in anytime between 11am and 2pm. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.
