Wildfire Roadshow @ Woking

FIRE ENGINES!

Meet the folk that fight the fires! Clamber into the cab* of a fire engine or take a closer look at one of the off-road vehicles Surrey Fire & Rescue Service use locally (subject to availability). Come and meet the crews and see what new technology they’re using to fight and investigate wildfires.

*Covid-precautions permitting

FIND US: We’ll be set up near the sand pit on Horsell Common. See map. Grid ref TQ 01184 60813. Free parking available at Horsell Common car park.

FREE. Suitable for all, especially families with school age children. Drop-in anytime between 11am and 2pm. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome.

NO BOOKING REQUIRED!

Please note that Thames Basin Heaths Partnership staff are not permitted to administer first aid due to COVID-19 protocols. Should an emergency arise, we will call the emergency services.
