Heath Week 2018
Despite being one of the busiest parts of the country, we are lucky enough to have precious wild spaces. The heathlands across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire are our green lungs, fantastic recreational space and home to rare and interesting wildlife. It’s hard to put a value on the benefits they bring to our health and wellbeing, to air quality and flood prevention and to protecting wildlife.
With all this, and more, we want to celebrate our heathlands and that’s where Heath Week comes in! Running from Sunday 29th July to Saturday 4th August 2018. We’re working in partnership with many of the fantastic organisations that own and/or manage the heaths, to bring you a packed week of events that showcase these special places.
The current program is listed on our website, with new events being added as the details are finalised. So please take a look and please come out to see us!
